Williamson County Equipment Company is a 3-store dual brand Case IH and New Holland dealership serving central and south Texas.

We are currently seeking to add Shop Tech Supervisor to our Taylor location. As a Shop Tech Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving productivity in the shop and field through managing technicians, workflow, and handling walk-in and phone-in customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule techs to complete ROs
• Work with tech to estimate hours and costs of repairs
• Communicate with customers, work needed to be performed and cost of repairs
• Problem-solve issues with the technicians
• Keep techs on task and focused
• Work with shop parts tech for needed parts to perform work
• Assist service writer with phone call overflow
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and enforced

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computers, Microsoft office and Adobe
• Excellent time management skills, must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills verbally and written, to communicate with producers, vendors, and dealership personnel
• Ability to learn and navigate through company specific programs
• Responsive to customer requests and inquiries
• Ability to operate all equipment carried and sold
• Physical requirements : Ability to bend / stoop, kneeling, crouching, push and pull. Ability to stand and lift heavy parts daily (lift and manage up to 50 lbs.)
